Art is what I love, and my desire is to share it with you. As an artist, I view the world through different eyes. I see beauty in the forms of people, and detail in the smallest bits of creation. I want to live in a world where others can be taught to perceive such beauty in a way that it drives us to love. I desire to teach as much as I desire to paint. I believe in a method of teaching that shows the student not only how to do, but how to see. I spend a lot of my time painting custom works for other people. Hopefully on this site you will see something that belongs in your home, or that inspires you to give as a gift to someone else. I love requests, so we can put our heads together to make your vision a reality.

RETURN TO JOY!


as my friends will testify, my art has gone through a "dark period" over the past few months. (other than my children's paintings of course...haha) luckily for you, i did not document most of these paintings with my camera. i just didn't "feel it" so to speak. HOWEVER......i woke this morning with an inspiration and a vision that was full of color. I called my husband at work and told him that he must come home because i had to paint!!! the last two days have been great with the Lord, and i have had a renewed faith and a return to joy. since my mood typically manifests itself through my art, this painting is the result. Many more to come as i am getting ready for mellow fest next weekend. if anyone is in the area, come by! there are supposed to be saints players there....it is sponsored by the sean payton foundation.
